We know that the BNI system works and member success and results have been proven to be repeatable, for over 40 years, when it is learned and implemented by members.

We guarantee that you will get referrals from BNI members that will earn you more revenue than the cost of your One Year Membership and Registration Fee. If not, we will extend your membership for an additional year at no cost. This is currently $1320+GST.

*Chapter meeting fees are collected directly by the chapter to cover operational costs and not covered by this guarantee.

Qualifying is simple:

  • Upon acceptance as a new member you are automatically eligible.
  • Attend the Welcome Call and BNI Basics within the first 60 days
  • Complete Member Success Program 2.0 on BNI Business Builder within the first eight weeks of acceptance (includes downloading and completing the accompanying workbook).
  • Complete New Member Mentorship Program
  • Fully participate in BNI to acheive and maintain a 10 month average Traffic Light score of 70+, or FIVES score of 100+, based on BNI activity measures, including inviting visitors
  • Attend a Cross Chapter Collaboration in your first 90 days - Online or In Person
  • You must opt-in to sharing TYFCB earned as this is the measurement for the guarantee.
  • Stay subscribed to the "Weekly Networking Update" Regional Newsletter

Terms & Conditions

The purpose of the following terms and conditions is to provide a recommended minimum standard of engagement that if fully complied with, will result in revenue of least your One Year Membership Fee and initial Registration Fee. To qualify, Members must be accepted and complete payment for an annual Membership term from April 1, 2025.

  • New members:  Complete Member Success Program 2.0 on BNI Business Builder within the first eight weeks of acceptance (includes downloading and completing the accompanying workbook).
  • Attend the Welcome Call with an Executive Director and BNI Basics Workshop (Online or In Person) within 60 days of acceptance.
  • Complete New Member Mentorship Program via BNI Business Builder and your Mentor Coordinator
  • Member must accurately record TYFCB as per recommendations and guidance in the handbook accompanying Member Success Program 2.0
  • Attend a Cross Chapter Collaboration in your first 90 days - Online or In Person (2-3 events per month to choose from)
  • Stay subscribed to the "Weekly Networking Update" Regional Newsletter that is delivered every Monday afternoon
  • Use the BNI system in the way that it is designed, such as attending weekly meetings, participating in networking events, bringing visitors, and following up on referrals.
  • Follow the BNI Code of Ethics, Core Values, and Member Policies
  • If it is identified by BNI (through Director Consultant, Leadership Executive Team, Membership Committee, Mentor, etc) that a specific training need or strategy adjustment be made that will help the member, then the member must work with them to improve in that area.
  • Member must co-operate with any recommended actions, guidance, support provided by BNI to assist them in their membership success.
  • Fully participate in BNI to acheive and maintain a Member Traffic Light score of 70+, or FIVES score of 100+ in your first 10 months, based on BNI activity measures.
  • Member must opt-in to sharing TYFCB (turned on by default) and enter all activity into BNI Connect each week including reporting TYFCB (Thank you for Closed Business) credit for referrals that result in closed business as BNI Connect will be the system of record.
  • Member must complete their BNI Connect member profile, including member photo and logo within 30 days of acceptance.
  • Members must let their Membership Committee know during the 7 month check in if they are struggling with referrals to allow them to act and additional support to be provided.
  • BNI reserves the right to end the agreement if there is non-compliance by the member.

This offer is non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, void where prohibited or restricted by law, and has no cash value. Offer is valid in the BNI Alberta North region only.

BNI reserves the right to modify, postpone, suspend, or terminate this offer, in whole or in part, at any time in its sole discretion and without notice. Awarding the guarantee is at the sole discretion of the BNI Alberta North Executive Directors.

To receive the additional year of membership, Member must let their DC know within 30 days of the conclusion of their 10th month and the renewal application is subject to approval by the chapter’s Membership Committee.

This guarantee is exclusive to current members in the BNI Alberta North (Canada) region only.
