2025 Director Consultant of the Year: Jodie McFadzen

This year's recipient of the Director Consultant of the Year award, Jodie McFadzen, has been an integral part of our regional team for the past 6 years. During this time, Jodie has achieved significant milestones in their own business, demonstrated remarkable personal growth in leadership and mentorship, and played a pivotal role in developing programs to enhance the BNI experience and create value for our members.

Jodie's dedication and invaluable contributions inspire us all, and we are incredibly proud to have them as a member of our team. Congratulations, Jodie, on being awarded the 2025 BNI Alberta North Director Consultant of the Year!

2025 Chapter President of the Year: Michael Camilleri 

Congratulations to Michael for earning Chapter President of the Year! As the President of BNI Dynamic Connections, Michael has exhibited outstanding leadership qualities by setting a clear vision and guiding the chapter to success with his positivity & energy.

Under his leadership, BNI Dynamic Connections received three chapter awards this year, including highest overall retention (85%), highest first-year member retention (89%), and highest net member growth of 6 (by growing the chapter with 11 new members). Michael, known throughout the region as "Mr. Electrifying," also received the 2024 Positive Attitude Award at the Gala. We are privileged to have Michael as a valued member of our BNI community!

2025 Chapter Vice President of the Year: Caroline Fisher

The Vice President always seems to be the one that everyone says has the largest workload on the leadership team – it is a lot of work but it comes with great reward. Not only does a VP keep all the chapter statistics and metrics up to date to report on at each meeting, they work to ensure the application and interview process is done well, while also holding fellow members accountable to their commitments to the chapter.

Caroline has been a key factor in her chapter’s success by consistently keeping the Membership Committee on task and focused with renewals and new member applications as her chapter has seen some great growth in the past year! Caroline's quiet calmness is a part of the secret to their success.

We know BNI Ignite is honoured to have Caroline, and so are we! Congratulations, Caroline!

2025 Chapter Secretary Treasurer of the Year: Vini Costanzo

As the recipient of this year's Secretary Treasurer award, Vini Costanzo has demonstrated remarkable dedication, meticulous organization, effective communication with members and the regional office, and steadfast leadership. 

Vini's introductions for the weekly speaker have been noted by fellow members to be incredibly refreshing. Along with their active role in working with the visitor host team, Vini has created a welcoming and hassle-free environment for visitors to the chapter – which we know are the lifeblood of any strong chapter.
