Visiting a Chapter

The best way to find out about BNI is to visit a Chapter. Visitors may attend Chapter meetings up to two times before they will be invited to make a decision about joining. Visitors may NOT promote their business in a Chapter where their business category is represented. It is best to contact the Regional Office or the President of the Chapter prior to the visit.

All chapters are listed on the website - however as we only permit one person per trade or profession in a chapter. The next step is to contact the BNI Placement Coordinator for the Chapter you are interested in prior to your visit to ensure that there is a vacancy for you.

Following your visit - if you decide you would like to apply to join a chapter - you will need to submit your application form together with your payment to the chapter Leadership Team for review. You need to be sponsored by an existing member and are required to provide two business references for follow up by the chapter Leadership Team as part of the review process.

In the event that there is no vacancy for you at the present time - please contact placement@bnialberta.ca and ask to be placed on the waiting list and to be contacted as soon as a vacancy becomes available.
